Acceptable use

theaimart AIx is built for builders — especially coding and agent workloads. This policy keeps the platform safe without getting in the way of legitimate engineering work.

Prohibited uses

You may not use the API to:

  • Break the law, or help others do so — fraud, malware distribution, unauthorised access to systems you don’t own, or targeting of real people or infrastructure without authorisation.
  • Generate child sexual abuse material, or non-consensual intimate imagery.
  • Run targeted harassment, threats, or large-scale spam / disinformation campaigns.
  • Build tools whose primary purpose is to deceive, defraud, or harm (e.g. credential phishing, deceptive impersonation).
  • Attempt to disrupt the service — denial-of-service, scraping around rate limits, or circumventing spend caps and key scopes.
  • Resell access in a way that violates an upstream provider’s own terms.
Note

Security and coding work is welcome. Writing exploit explainers for a CTF, building defensive tooling, analysing malware in a sandbox, or generating security research with proper authorisation are all legitimate. The line is intent and authorisation — not the topic.

Moderation posture

The platform-level content block-list is empty by default. Aggressive keyword moderation breaks real coding (parsers, security tooling, shell snippets), so we don’t impose it indiscriminately. Operators can add specific block-terms by policy where a deployment requires it. The upstream provider serving each call also applies its own model-level safety.

Abuse handling

If a key is used in violation of this policy we may:

  • Throttle or suspend the offending key, and where necessary the account.
  • Disable a key (its calls then return 403), preserving the credit balance for legitimate reactivation.
  • Cooperate with lawful requests where there is a genuine safety or legal basis.

We aim to act proportionately and, where appropriate, to warn before suspending — but egregious or ongoing abuse may be stopped immediately.
